1. Administration department

  • Application for transportation services and events

2. Academic Affairs Department / Hal Ehwal Akademik (HEA)
  • Related to academics
  • Example: Register or drop courses, student registration appeal, disciplinary action.
3. Student Affairs Department / Hal Ehwal Pelajar (HEP)
  • Related to co-curriculum activities.
  • Co-curriculum activities that are provided such as National Kesatria Negara, Jabatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (JPAM), Malaysian Red Crescent Society and others.
  • Related to residential college.
  • Example: College Mat Kilau, College Tok Gajah, College Tun Teja, College Dato Bahaman.
  • Office of the Deputy Rector is also located in Student Affairs.
  • There are other units such as unit of sports and health unit managed by this department as well.
4. Library
  • We have 2 buildings for library and the name of the library is Perpustakaan al-Bukhari 1 and Perpustakaan al-Bukhari 2.
  • Provides services such as borrowing books, Interlibrary Loan, reference service, Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and others.
5. Bursary
  • Related to payment such as tuition fees and fines.
  • If you want to make any kind of event, you can apply for funds at this department.
6. Laboratory and Information Technology
  • Use for assignments and lecture hall.
  • Example: I & J Building, Infra Science Tech, Auditorium 1 & 2, Dewan Kuliah 1 & 2, At-Tabari, Al-Farabi.
7. Security and Safety Department
  • For safety and loss items.
